The RHCP (Red Hot Chili Peppers) tribute band from Cancun played At Wah-Wah’s beach bar on Wednesday night a few weeks ago. Fun was had.

Party Starts at Noon This Sunday

Sunday is party day at the Wah Wah Beach Bar! The live music starts around noon and last all the way until 9:30. This Sunday come early to hear Tydal Wave followed by Renato Lopez and the Jam Session Combo starting at 5:30. At the Wah Wah it’s not uncommon for guest musicians to take the stage so don’t miss a thing. Come early and stay late. Chris Bolister is in town so we expect him to drop by and share some Bolister music.

Smokin’ John will be serving up his smoked meats and BBQ. There will be pizza in the oven and cold cerveza and tropical drinks on the bar. Make the Wah Wah Beach Party a part of your Sunday.

Super Bowl Weekend at the Wah Wah

The Wah Wah Beach Bar will be the new home of the Nasty Bastards Band and the Jam Session Combo. The schedule for Super Bowl 2012 weekend looks like this:

The Nasty Bastards will go on stage Thursday from 6pm to 10pm.
Friday Jam Session Combo from 6pm to 10pm.
Saturday The Nasty Bastards 6pm to 10pm.
SUNDAY Chris Bolister @ 12pm followed by Brent Parkin.
SUPER BOWL KICK OFF @ 5:30 on our 20 foot X 25 foot high definition TV screen

The Wah Wah Beach Bar is located on the beach in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Our brand new beach front entertainment venue offers live music Thursday’s through Sundays on our 70 square meter stage. We are looking for bands who want a paid vacation. The bar also has four casita hotel rooms which we will allow our visiting musicians to stay in for free. If you have a hot band and want to play a few nights in a caribean beach bar in Mexico, drop me a line.

Our new bar will feature smoked BBQ ribs, chicken, sausage, and pulled pork, stuffed hamburgers and a large variety of appetizers. My new SL 24 is a big part of our new sound system which also incorporates Community Wet Series all weather speakers. QSC digital amps will drive the 5000 watt system.

The Wah Wah Beach Bar is a laid back, sand floor, 7000 sq ft grass roof, live music beach bar. During the day we serve to a wide varity of people (tourists and locals). We have lounge chairs on the beach and are serving up some of the best food in town.In the nights tourists and locals alike (age 30+) love to dance (on the bar) to the live music. There are plenty of palm trees in front of the property that fortunately do not block the view of the bluest ocean imaginable.

Based on this description above, dozen of logo were submitted for the logo contest. Which of these finalist won?
